Vivo Mobile India — Complaint Regarding Green Line Display Issue on Vivo X70 Pro after Software Update

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent software update on my Vivo X70 Pro smartphone, which has resulted in a persistent green line on the display. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue and the passage of more than 15 days since reporting it, the problem remains unresolved. Moreover, this display issue has been causing significant eye strain and frequent headaches, negatively impacting my daily activities and overall well-being.

I have been a loyal customer of Vivo for several years, having purchased the Vivo X70 Pro with high expectations for its performance and reliability. However, the recent software update has proven to be a substantial disappointment, as it has introduced a detrimental flaw to an otherwise exceptional device.
