[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — display problem

Bought a vivo y69 in october 2017 and in less than one year problem appears in display of phone.
Visited rdc ghaziabad service centre and they had accepted the phone stating it is in warranty and we will repair by today.
Now after some time receive call from service centre that repairing can't be done as part required is out of stock. They are also not sure of how much time it will take to arrange the parts and repair the phone.
Failed to understand how come a brand like vivo can't arrange parts for his own devices. What is the customer fault when phone doesn't last one year and gets damaged in warranty. Why should customer bear loss when part is not available with company. Please resolve the issue and get my phone repair on priority as without phone i am loosing my business.

For me also hdfc cutted two times of Rs. 708.00/-, Ra's. 708.00/- money from my account on 8th May, 2018. What is this, I don't know? Why is this rubbish? Please refund my money as soon as possible.
