[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Display screen damaged by service centre Dwarka sector 12 new delhi

My vivo S1 Pro 1920 mobile phone suddenly had a problem if running apps itself and than top most part of screen started giving touch problem, but rest of the screen touch was working, so I called to Vivi service centr Tilak Nagar, new delhi fir it, they refer me my nearest Vivo service centre in Dwarka sector 12 city Mall, I visited there on 7th aug 2022 in afternoon. There they hear my problem, and did some paper work, after that one executive sitting there opened my phone screen display, I asked him if there is any moisture n my phone, he denied that there is no moisture it, and after that he fit that screen again . I came back home with unrepaired phone. Same day in the evening the phone's lower corner started showing a blue purple patches on it . I called up there again but no one was picking up the phone. By the next day the blue purple patches covered the whole screen and than became black. So I called in Tilak Nagar Vivo service centre n explained the matter. On saturday I visited tilak nagar, where I came to know that screen display is damaged. There I told them the whole matter that my phone display was in good condition before opening by service centre sector 12 dwarka. That means the display was damaged by that service provider.

I get changed my phone display screen for Rs. 4500/- with a warranty of 3 months in Tilak Nagar

Pls help me to recover my expenses on ph repair thanks
