Three days ago software updated in Vivo T1 5G mobile but after software update there is a lot of problem the sound volume is reduced .and the sound volume is coming on the screen.
However, we request you to bear the problem as soon as possible.

    Worst performance of Vivo Y15C

    I have purchased Vivo Y15C newly. The mobile was very slow and hangs often. It is not at all good for regular use,
    When I asked the customer service, they asked to go to service center.
    Even after service center upgrades the mobile still slow and hangs.

    Don't Buy Vivo Y15C mobiles....

    Im use vivo v17 pro, and my phone display is damage then im call to vivo cervice centure and he said me display is not available and not posible to arrange then im complain vivo coustmer care number but then tell me vivo v17 pro display not availbale in future so,
    im request all mobile user plz. Dont buy vivo phone bc. They not provide parts properly my phone is west amount arround 30000/- totaly loss my price

      Hi support team,

      I have purchased Vivo T1 5g mobile before 15 days and I'm currently facing Touch not working properly. I need to press 2 or 3 times to proceed . It's really inconvenient and struggling lot to use Vivo mobile. I already replaced on Flipkart for the same Touch issue and the second mobile when I got that also causing the same issue. I feel really bad choosing the Vivo mobile. I'm requesting, can you please give me solution to solve this issue. It's my kind request.

          Vivo india did fraud with me they organised contest . Winner with higest score would have got t1x at the end of contest i scire higest but no one contacted me when i call them they are saying that they have announced the winner. I request you to do all possible help. And if from there i will not get justice them i will file FIR and go to delhi high court

              Vivo india organised a contest durning independent sale from 4-10 august where a player has to score highest to get t1x at the end of contest. I played that and i scored 1997 which was the highest at the end of contest. I thought that they will contact me but they have not contacted me . When i contacted them they are saying that they have announced the winner but i was the winner so i am here asking for help pl .. help me to get over this i have dreamed that i will get gift but they have broken it totally

                I purchased a vivo mobile through offline store named SS communication sangli 416416. There was an offer on icici credit card of cashback. I was supposed get 2000rs cashback. I purchased on 11th may 2022 and yet cashback not received.

                  I am facing many issues
                  1.My phone is lagging
                  2. My data is not being backed up.
                  3. Whn it gets switch off nd we try to switch on it take 30mins to get on.
                  And now my mobile is not getting on.. Only logo of vivo is displayed on the screen. My mob is switchd off from the evening.

                        I reached out to service center vivo on 30th July 2022 for S1 vivo repair as screen was fluctuating and camera is not working properly instead of repairing he open the phone and said we don't have these parts will call u 2 3 days after.the phone after he opens now not working at all screen not sending at all.after that's we call him he said I have a offer instead of repairing to purchase another phone .we said no so he said I don't know when will the part come .this is how your service center works ..very poor service vivo india

                            Funtouch OS is very poor and i had to reset settings few days once to use my headphones as vivo phone is not detecting headset.

                            Its really irritating and funtouch os is not good as android os that i used without any issues.

                                  Dear Team,
                                  I have purchased a vivo X60 handset on 20.08.2021, now after 10 months mobile display blink sometimes and I visited service center for the issue, person who attended me, she said there is issue in software updation, so you have to submit your phone for updation, and also engineer checked the phone 2 3 time for broken and any damages but handset was perfectly fine, now they said handset is band...
                                  And ask for the amount, if there is band in phone then why they did not tell me w time when I visited after engineer checked the phone..

                                  It means vivo is not hire the right engineer, may be they band my phone during the Servicing...

                                  I'll go with legal procedure.
                                  I advise to everyone to do not purchasing Vivo mobiles...
                                  I'll raised this complaint on news paper and social media.

                                  I'm using Samsung handset from last 12 years and I never facing any issue...

                                    I have bought Vivo phone 3 days already, after buying I have shown 2 times on mobile shop.He has also fixed 2 times but my problem is not solved on the phone.in mobile problem ( cod, pubji jaise heavy software wala game use, phone lack, slow, hating krta h, voice automatic decrease & increase ) .And neither phone has a slow motion camera option but has been shown on Flipkart. You people do the work of looting by telling the latest version.Why are they not replacing the phone after showing it at the phone shop service center. Why is your company doing fraud with the customer?..Speak before you pick up the phone, the slightest defect: Will be replaced immediately.
