[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — finger print not working

Hi,

Newly launched vivo v9 purchased in the month july but problem start in a month a already spoken with customer support he informed to update software in service centre same i updated in service centre jp nagar.
Finger print started to work but it again same day evening onward not working.
I'm very dissatisfy vivo product. Please do needful for exchange
