[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — finger sensor not working

Dear vivo team,
My vivo v9 pro has been dead yesterday eveving and i was facing slow finger sensor responce and phone lagging in inbuild apps. I have visited vivo authorised service center in ahmedabad. And explained the problems that i was facing but your engineer has forced me to update from android 8.1 to 9.0. Still i am not understanding if i have not updated my phone then it directly dead and what is corelation with hardware issue with software update. Today on 12.30 pm i have called call center on[protected] and talked with ms. Priya and explained her all the issues and incident happen with me at your service cetner but she also forced me that after updating new android version 9 you all hardware related issues will be sorted out. I have requested ms. Priya for providing me sr / reference number that i have raised my complaint against service center but she refused to provide reference number and disconnected the call.
