[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — fingerprint unlock not working

I and my brother both are using vivo v9 mobile we both are facing the same problem and i asked several users of vivo v9 which r in my contacts same similar problems with many of them
The fingerprint scanner is not working only by this facing many problems in unlocking, selfies and etc
I had recommend to my frndz to by this mobile before but after facing this problem they are blaming me too plz solve this problem in vivo v9 as soon as possible thanking u...
