[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — for not getting the cashback

My Name Is Arpit Yadav.I have purchased Vivo V11Pro on 16 Sept 2018 and I was entitled for a cashback of Rs.2000 within 90 days of purchasing the phone but i havent received the cashback yet it has been more than 6 months and i am still waiting for my refund.Companies officials are not paying attention to my problems.This Is their duty to resolve my issue but even after my several attempts talking to vivo customer care they are unable to help me out. Pls help me out so that i can get my cashback.
