Vivo Mobile India — Fraud behaviour for upselling

My vivo x60 often gets a green line on the display. VIVO is intentionally pushing software updates to produce the green lines on the screen. when we visit the service center they ask to wait for a month to replace the screen or ask to pay more to exchange with a different model. this is a very cheap strategy to push your customers to buy your useless models. They are also not giving any guarantee that this line won't appear in the future their goal is to make the customer buy their other model. This kind of company should be banned for cheating their customers.
