Vivo Mobile India — Green Line in Display Issue after Software Update

Hi Vivo India,

I got a Recent Software Update for my Mobile Vivo X60 but after the Update I got a green line in the Display from Top to bottom. I got panic and went to Vivo service center. But they are asking to pay the 13000 rupees for display even though my mobile does not have any physical damage. This issue is appeared after the software update and this is Vivo company fault but there is no point of asking customers to pay the price for display. Vivo India Kindly take a Look on the issue and replace my display as soon as possible.
