Vivo Mobile India — Green Line in the Display after the Software Update in VIVO X60

Hi Vivo India,

I have Purchased the Vivo X60 Phone in 2021. I got a Software Update on Day Before Yesterday and It automatically Updated in the Night and After the Update I got a Green Line Appear on the Display From Top to Bottom. I have Contacted to Vivo Service center Thiruvallur, But they Denied to Take a Service and also they are Asking an 13000 Rupees Amount for the Display Change. My Mobile has not any Physical Damage and it has as like a New Device this issue will be Appear after the Software Update. This is absolutely Vivo Fault but there is no point of asking Customer to Pay the Amount for Display. So kindly take an Action and Change my Display as soon as Possible.
