I purchased this phone around 1.5 years back and have been using it without any issues until recently. After a software update, a green line appeared on my phone screen, which was not there before.
Upon researching online, I found that this issue is not limited to just my phone, and many other users are also facing the same problem after the update. I am extremely disappointed as I have always trusted Vivo products, and this issue is causing a lot of inconvenience.
To resolve this issue, I visited your service center, and I was informed that the screen needs to be replaced, and I will be charged 9k for the same. However, I strongly believe that this issue is not due to any fault of mine, but it is a fault of the company's update.
I bought this phone for RS: 35000 & after 1.5 years they are asking for RS: 9300/ again for the issue from their side??? This is not all acceptable.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution that does not require me to pay for the screen replacement, as this is an issue caused by the company's update, and not due to any fault of mine. Was this information helpful? |
