Vivo Mobile India — Green Line On Display Vivo X50 Pro

My VIVO X50 Pro mobile suddenly got a green line on display without any physical damage. This is because of software update. My mobile phone doesn't have a single scratch on it. When I visited service centre they said this is hardware issue and we can only replace screen and that will cost you 14000.
When I said that there is no physical damage not even a scratch on my mobile then they replied saying that this is an electronic items anything can happen we are not responsible for it after warranty.
This is a big cheating from VIVO, we are paying more than 50K for their mobile and they simply saying no for the service for which they are the culprits.
