Sir/Madam, I have been using Vivo X60 for the last 2 years and one week before I did a software update as recommended by the phone, After updating, suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. Yesterday 11th July, I visited the local vivo authorized service Centre ( Trivandrum ) - they also confirmed that the issue is with a software update & advised me to pay RS: 9300/- to replace the display. I told them that the problem is because of the software update provided by the company, so I am not ready to pay the amount. Then they checked & informs me that the company is replacing the display only on the phones with no physical damage. See my phone is 2 years old so there is small chipped off on the bottom side & no damage to the front glass. Highlighting this damage they are not willing to replace the display. This makes no sense to me. The phone display got affected by their software issue & now they are asking RS: 9300 from my side to resolve this issue. Kindly replace the display since its an issue caused due to software update.
