Vivo Mobile India — Green lines got irritating

I purchased vivo X60 in 2021 September and it was good to use the camera, the functioning all are good suddenly in 2022 August month the phone got green light 🥺 I am too devastated I am literally crying the phone not yet completed 1year still I got this after 3months I got another 1lind after 1 month another and yesterday I got another line what should I do I already went to vivo customer service they are asking to pay 10000rs why should I have to pay it is your fault I bought this phone for 40000 so I can't pay another 10000 so please do something . The customer care asking me to pay 10000 why would i pay this is their mistake . In 2021 August
