Hi I was using Vivo X50 pro for last 2 year and Last week i did a software update as per recommended by the phone, After updating suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. When i tried to contact local vivo service Centre ( Anantapur, Andhra pradesh ) - they considered it as a physical damage showing a small scratch on back glass pannel of the mobile and but no ware scratch or dent on screen or body except small crack on back screen but i heard that it is happening to many vivo users and it should be fixed by vivo.
