[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — Hanging issue

I had bought this phone around 6 month ago
I have 1 year warranty
I do not open this phone yet
The problem is
When I'm using A internet service
After few minutes later (Around 1houre )
The phone get very warm
And after that automatically everything has stoped..
And nothing is working
And no command works
I'm facing this problem very badly
Kindly do some activity's
