[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — headphone issue

I purchase vivo v9 just 3 months ago, my mobile problem is that the headphone not works properly due to sound defect, i call to the service center but the agents of service center are not solve this problems and the company gives the 6 months warranty of the accesories and my phone is in the warranty period so please solve my problem as soon as possible
