[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — I'm complaining about service | |||
I purchase my a vivo v15 model on june 26 - 2019. And i have using earphones past one month but ear phones are not clear to hear any songs and voice calls i have warranty to replace the accessories also ear phone was not physically damaged. But the service person was saying ear phones have some ear dust so we don't take it in warranty i'm suppose buy a new ear phone. I have small question? Why they give earphone with warranty when they are not suppose to clear the ear dust and warranty claim Was this information helpful? | |||
