[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — Incoming Call connection issue

I have purchased vivo v5 two months but now whenever someone is trying to call me the call is not connecting and as I am calling the all the outgoing calls are connecting but no incoming calls are connecting... Initially I thought that this will be a network issue bt when I inserted the same sim in another mobile there was no issues again for confirmation I checked with my handset and same issue occurred again I called customer care by thinking that there may be some network issue bt wasn't... As there is no network related issue. So kindly check this issue as it is embarrassing me too much
