Y71 - It has been submitted for service on 3rd Oct 2020. No one having proper information on current status... I have repeatedly, several times called to service center and below persons but no one handled this case taking ownership... Kukatpally Service Center, Hyderabad Contact#1: Vamsi Contact#2: Yunus Contact#3: Sulsiram All are irresponsible in handling customer service. All are just bluffing to avoid customer. All are false promising to call back with solution. I have no clue what is the next level of escalation. I have posted my concern through - 1. Over phone 2. By Chat 3. Sent emails 4. twitter(vivo_india) Such a bad experience, I'll make sure non of my friends, known person should buy VIVO products. Was this information helpful? | |
