[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — mobile software

I am a buyer of this phone vivo v1 max on december 25 2015 from the last 1 and half year onwards it will not updating once also now latest version of android is 9 my phone android is 5 lollipop i am continuously facing problems with this version of my phone please i wish i want a update from vivo guys at least android 6 version if not i'll definitely not recommend this vivo brand to anyone.

Vivo Mobile India Customer Care's response Hi Anil Tony, thank you for contacting Vivo India. For the upcoming upgraded Android version, you will get the notification on your smartphone automatically and then you may upgrade the Android version of your handset.

I bought my vivo v5s on august 2017. last 20 days itself my battery drains so fast. even i didnt touch and without using a mobile 65 % of charge drains within 7 hours. i want a solution to overcome from this

Heating and hanging problem... Why Mobile Storage is not storing in sd card... What is the promblem... My app should store in sd card... But it is not working... I need a reson and slolution...
