The applications of My phone specifically ola and shuttle and has stopped working from yesterday. Even after repeated calls to customer care. They are not able to provide me any solution. It has been just six months I bought the phone. Please provide a solution.

I have a network problem most of the time network goes automatically becomes nil as other phones are getting connected with network it's vivo y6/1609 I think it is the worst phone I ever had
