Vivo Mobile India — My data is not being backed up and gmail is not working

I am facing many issues
1.My phone is lagging
2. My data is not being backed up.
3. Whn it gets switch off nd we try to switch on it take 30mins to get on.
And now my mobile is not getting on.. Only logo of vivo is displayed on the screen. My mob is switchd off from the evening.
Plz solve my issue asap
