[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — no android upgrade for phones

I have a vivo v3 max and a y51l. V3 max was released in 2016 while android marshmallow was already released in 2015. Still it was running lollipop at that time. Now even after 2 years there is no upgrade for these phones. Now android oreo is also released. This shows that vivo provides worst costumer service. They spend all the money on advertisements and never think about their costumers. If this went on then vivo will lost all of their costumers and no one would buy their phones. Android lollipop is now outdated so atleast they should give update for marshmallow if not for nougat Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have vivo y66. due to some day I have problem in my handset. i have go to service centre. he will change screen. but after screen change battery consume more power. please solve my problem.
