DEAR TEAM I HAVE ORDERED a mobile on vivo e store on dated 28 oct 2022 . Suddenly my orderd was being cancelled by vivo team on 7 oct 2022. Theh have emailed that my refund will be intiated within 48-72hours but now 5 days has been passed but i did neither received my refund till date nor any information about refund initiation.
