[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — notification problem in vivo v3

I recently bought vivo v3. I turned off app notification for instagram but automatically it turns on. Again and again it gets turned on and notification is seen on notification bar, eventhough I have blocked notifications from adminstrative list also it again and again appers.
