[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — notifications problem

I have bought vivo v9 youth mobile recently.in my vivo v9 phone one issue is i am unable to get notifications from some installed apps even i enabled all notification permissions... And another issue is did not shows ear phone icon or symbol on display even after putting earphones on the slot... Please, verify these issues and fix it and give me the reply as soon as possible.
