I ordered a qty of 3 VIVO T1 from 3 different accounts on September 26, 2022. The order was supposed to be shipped within 48 hours, but it never arrived.
Then, on September 30, 2022, I contacted them for early delivery, and they told me for the bulk order, "Your entire order has been cancelled, Sir."
" I told them, "Okay, no problem." "Please initiate my full refund." They told me to please wait 24–72 hours. We will highlight your problem to the e-store refund department. They will refund you within this timeline.
After 3 days, I contacted Vivo customer service on call. They told me the same thing: please wait 24–72 hours. Within this timeline, we will definitely process your refund.
They are constantly making false promises.
I was also contacted via mail. They told me the same thing: your refund will be processed from our end within 24 to 72 hours.
Sometimes they didn't give a reply.
After 20 days, they did the same thing. Until today, they didn't initiate my refund. My credit card bill has already been generated. How to pay the bill I don't have any money. Please refund my hard-earned money as soon as possible. Please take action against vivo.com They are holding my money for interest.
