Vivo Mobile India — Order cancelled but vivo not initialize from 7 days

I have order T2 5G mobile from official website of shop.vivo.com, but due to twist order, I was cancelled order, I also got conformation that your order is cancelled and refund will initiate with 24 hours but today passed about 7 days, still I am getting refund or no one is responding vivo team, they are spin around me and give me new date every time no single person response for this. So I request you to please intervene on this matter.
Please help!!

Already all details are given on mail official mail id, last 10 days i am continue taking follow up for that but no one taking look, already shared screenshot, where vivo team continue spine around me, and providing me new date and time every time.
