I have order T2 5G mobile from official website of shop.vivo.com, but due to twist order, I was cancelled order, I also got conformation that your order is cancelled and refund will initiate with 24 hours but today passed about 7 days, still I am getting refund or no one is responding vivo team, they are spin around me and give me new date every time no single person response for this. Already all details are given on mail official mail id, last 10 days i am continue taking follow up for that but no one taking look, already shared screenshot, where vivo team continue spine around me, and providing me new date and time every time.
