I am santosh gurunath akerkar i boght vivo v3 in feb 2016 after a year it started giving me trouble last 2 months its not getting charged properly i went to santacruze customer service center there i got pathetic service i waited for 3 hrs to get the answer that parts are not available asked me to come after a week in fact yesterday i called them but still there is no stock i dont understand what to do my moble is off for last so many days how can i recommend vivo to someone

Well done vivo for selling this garbage(vivo v5s) with in a 15 days back button and option button started creating problem.
