Vivo Mobile India — Phone Hanging frequently Need Immediate Assistance

I have purchased this Mobile model Name Vivo Y33S on Dec 2021.. my phone is not working properly hanging frequently even though mobile has sufficient memory and space.. even I was unable to answer my phone call immediately I should wait alternate 20sec to lift answer phone call and even though the incoming mobile no is not displaying on screen

I need immediately assistance in this regard...
