[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — phone memory erased

Sir,
Last night, dated 5/8/19, my phone memory got erased by itself, and so i have lost all my pictures, music, important documents and videos. Since i have not backed up any of these files in any other devices, i need a way to restore them as they are o[censored]tmost importance to me. Moreover, i did not delete or remove any files, the device just wiped it clean by itself.
Can you help me to restore all these lost files?
