[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — phone receiving

I cant receive the phone calls. If i receive the phone calls then it is not answering and i cant even hear some voice. After i swipe the call i cant talk to anybody. I also tried to slove this problem by updating but no use. So please solve my calling problem that i cant receive the phone calls, the screen is not displaying after receiving call! I am unable to receive phone calls. And this happening frequently. There is no problem for calling others but the only problem is my phone is not displaying the screen after receiving the phone call. So i request you to solve my problem. I also updated my mobile vivo y55s. Please reslove my problem
