[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — phone screen does not respond (v15 pro)

Mobile screen stops responding everytime i turn off the screen, even in the blank screen, even emergency call function still works when screen not responding and camera also pops out when power button is pressed to unlock with face and unlock sound is also herd but the screen remains off. The phone does not turn on its screen until i restart the phone by pressing volume down and power button (V15 pro) bought just yesterday
