I am facing Pink line issue on my Vivo x60 display after software update. I visited below service center but the person over there just makes false stories and not helping. He also abused me in local language.

The service center person first promised to replace the handset with Vivo 29e 256 GB variant and shared order number DOINKA[protected] with me but now he is saying it cannot be done. I need to pay Rs. 16000 and I can get Vivo 29e 128 GB variant. This is a scam Vivo India is running.
I have also called customer care several times but even they are not solving the problem or giving any deadline/solution. Even complain department people Kajal, Girish, Nancy did not help.
