Purchased Vivo Y33s for Rs.18K from Mobile Market, Subramanianagar, Sathanur Main Road, Tiruchirapalli-620021 on 21st Sep 21. Its lagging from day one and the touch facility was very poor. Looks it has manufacturing deficiency. Have handed back the package for either replacement or refund. Dealer is trying to repair and tell stories to the customer that it was due to non updation of apps etc. Please enable me to get a replacement or refund in full. Thanks.
