[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — problem with incoming and outgoing calls plus problem with sending and receiving messages

Please help me resolve this issue, i've been using vivo v5s for the past 7 to 8 months and this problem occured just a week ago, i thought it was some connection problem but since i've waited for a week now and i've been travelling, i have seen that it is not a problem with the connection... Rather something is wrong with the handset, i have checked all the phone settings and everything seems to ok. Please help me solve this problem
