MODEL VY51L in 07/16, several times I faced operational problems and approached the customer service center and updated the software and the problem was not solved till date.
Now again the mobile has got the problem of caller picture and tone, and approached the service center and we did not got positive response from the service center. If I doesnot receive any response from the company side within 48 hours, I am forced to approach district consumers forum and proceed legally, and I also inform to media about the incident.
