Vivo customer care service became pathetic, i had a screen touch delay problem contacted vivo customer care and as requested by customer care executive started a log, recorded the video, compressed it and shared via email to [protected]@vivo.com on 15th september 2021, At the time of complaint registering customer care executive said that email team will get in touch via email. as today is 25th of september 2021 didn't get any reply from team via email or call so seeked their online chat support, they came up with a reason like there's a sync problem with mail and they didn't even received mail from my end

while calling to customer care i am getting response like my complaint is being taken with higher priority and while seeking online chat support they even can't see my mail
just asking what kind of support vivo is providing to their customers
