I have ordered vivo t15g mobile on 23rd sep and they said with 3-4business days order will be delivered and i did not received my order and requested to cancel my order on 27th sep and they said with in 24-48 hrs refund will be initiated but till now refund was not initiated and i was not getting any proper information from vivo
