Hi Team,
I have ordered a mobile phone on Vivo store from my Registered Email account: sunilpotnuru.[protected]@gmail.com on October 9 th after few days I got mail stating that my order with order I'd:[protected] has been cancelled and refund has been initiated they mentioned the refund reference I'd as:[protected]
After that i contacted my credit card bank they said that they haven't received any refund and they are unable to see any refund with this I'd in their bank records
Again I contacted Vivo team they are not helping me in any kind it's been 50 days not received any refund from them please help me to get refund this Fraudulent Vivo team is saying we have intitated we done from our side but I haven't received any refund please help me it's around 21999 Rupess
It's been nearly 2 months Vivo Team is not supporting and when i contacted icici bank team they are saying they are unable to see any refund for that transaction please help me
