Dear vivo team,
I am very disappointed with vivo and want to inform that i have been fooled to buy a vivo phone. I work in kiit university as hr manager and was suggested by my employees to purchase a vivo phone. And i brought a vivo y81 in this dussehra with my bonus. But its only 3 days of purchase and the internal speaker is damaged which is the manufacturing defect. I went to the vivo care in bhubaneswar and asked for a replacement but they behaved very rudely by saying they will not support for replacement. As well as they wrote wrong complaint, i. E, slow voice due to my network which i did not mention at all. Why should i repair a new phone of 3 days? Please provide me with support from your end.
