Complaint marked as Resolved I placed an order for IQOO mobile Z7 5g (Order No# 23042322412186155217) on 23rd April on Vivo website. They kept telling me that order is shipped and order will be delivered in 2-3 days. After 7 days Vivo Customer care told me that Order is cancelled from Delivery partner side stating non serviceable location. Now after that I was told that a refund will be initiated in 24-48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours now, still refund has not been initiated and the reason being given is due to some technical error refund is not initiated. Hard to understand a company like Vivo treats customers like that. To get my own money back, I have been calling multiple times to check order status, refund status etc. Requesting to refund my amount as early as possible..
