Vivo freedom sale has been wrong in many ways and can be called a fraud to lure in audience for free publicity. A common response from them can be that many people did get the phones but it can be there own people so there is no solid proof of not being a fraud. Vivo also have a really bad website and server problems, a common excuse can be server load during the sale, but the likes of amazon and flipkart don't go through such server problems, why is that so?
It's pretty obvious using server problems as an excuse for able to buy a mobile phone at 96% discount is a sham. A company that make overpriced smartphones can really offer a decent service, no they can't it's just about fooling customers. This was just a move to gather publicity when other companies such as oneplus are giving out value for money products and good service and not lying like vivo.
I have recorded how they are scamming. It's already stated by vivo itself in there term and conditions once you have the product in your cart you have to complete the purchase within 10 min.
This is how they scammed me they didnt let me purchase the smart phone, as soon as i press purchase it shows me page in unavailable, now isn't this a scam?
The fact that i was able to my cart with the smart phone in it it should automatically mean i am now entitled to purchase the smartphone and there should be no problem here because the server only got load when a lot of people where on the same page that was the one where you see the smartphone after that its just first come first serve and there should be no server lag or anything, but i still got such an error.
Now this makes me question vivo's credibility, i should have been able to purchase the smartphone there and i would have had good words for them if they actually gave me proof of there loyalty to the people but this just shows it's all a sham now i can only say if vivo is truly a real deal if they compensate me for this error, because as they stated first come first serve they didn't fulfill that they can say it was a server issue but that shouldn't be an excuse for the inconvenience it caused me and they should be held liable.

This person here also submitted a complain with same issue and this is how vivo replied to it:
Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. The reported issue is resolved now. Please tune on our e-store website, offer is still valid for 1 more day.
This was posted on 8th of august, today is 9th of august and nope the issue is not resolved. This is straight up lying and because i have a video proof of same issue it proves they are just liars and should be held accountable and should be sued for this straight up fraud they are doing in name of out freedom day, a bunch of corporate liars.
