Dear sir,

We have purchased a Mobile Vivo Y33S 128 GB/8GB MIDDAY DREAM from Royale Teleservices on dated 03.02.2022

Sir, 2-3 days ago i found that the screen pasting is going to open from upper side. I think that fault may be very rare in new phone.

So, that we want to ask Vivo Company that mobile should be changed
