[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — selfie camera not pop up need replacement

I purchased my vivo 15 pro for selfie camera purpose only. But selfie camera not pop up from many times. I taken service support from our authorization service center, but still problem not resolve.
So, i tired without main use of selfie camera. Without selfie camera mobile useless for me.
I want to replace or other selfie export mobile of vivo. So i expect quick support from vivo.

Updated by Rohit Agravat I my Vivo 15 pro. Selfie camera not pop up from many time. Problem still not resolve, after taken service support from authorization service center.
Need mobile replace or other selfie export mobile in place of this.

I bought vivo z1pro the audio quality from speaker and 3.5mm jack is very terribly very bad I am not satisfied with it make some software updates regarding it the bass vocals n overall quality is bad so kindly fix this issue.
