[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — service regarding vivo v1

Hellow... I am using vivo v1 since last year and because of vivo promotions and service quality assurance by vivo i puchased vivo v1 i have been asured that i wont get any problem for its service because vivo has its own service provider but now i want to upgrade my vivo v1 into volte then why service provider s are refusing to provide me service?? I am moving from 2 month to upgrade my phone but i am not getting that please solve my problem as soon as possible.
