[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Smartphone dual sim network issue

I bought V20SE in March 21. Within 1 month I was facing network issue. Because of lockdown I was unable to reach out to shop or service center. In may 21 I went to shop and asked for replacement but they denied saying replacement not possible as its 3 months passed after buying product. So then I visited to service center in pimpri opp.to PCMC building. But staff was so rude. Lady of front desk clearly said it's your choice to buy VIVO we have not asked you to buy this product. I am surprised what kind of peoples you are having as your representative in front of people. Now I am regretting why I bought VIVO phone. Totally disappointing with service.
