I bought vivo v20 se in March-21. Within 1 month I got problems regarding network. This is dual sim phone but when I put two sims 1 got disconnected and only 1 active. As the april and may was lockdown period I was unable to reach to the shopkeeper and service center. In may I visit to shop and asked for replacement but they denied saying replacement won't happen as its 3 month passed. After that I visited to Pimpri kamala cross road vivo center opp. PCMC building and that staff was so rude. When I said I am not getting proper service from you guys then the lady available on front desk clearly said it's your choice to buy vivo. What kind of peoples you have as your representative in front of people. If we stopped to buy your products then what's the use of your company and production. I have never seen this kind service center behaviour anywhere. Now I am regretting why I bought Vivo. Was this information helpful? |
